Us

We are a family of 3 (plus 2 dogs) in Alabama.  Our plan was to build our dream house on the 4 acres we purchased in 2011, but it turned out not meant to be.  16 months selling our old house, 6 months finalizing the house plans and another 6 months of budget battles, we were left with 3 very low appraisals which forced us to wave the white flag.

We purchased a very nice, almost new home in the fall of 2013 but we still longed for a house with some land outside of a neighborhood.  After 5 years, we sold that house and moved onto almost 5 acres with a large workshop for all our projects.  As always, my list of projects and ideas grow each day and I document them on this blog.  We are excited to see what this new chapter holds for us!
