New Toys

Here’s our most recent purchase which I mentioned in the last post.  Dave picked up the tractor near Birmingham and the mower here at Tractor Supply.  The tractor is a 2005 John Deere 790.  It’s in pretty good shape with the exception of a seat that needs replaced.  It will be a couple weeks before he has time to try it out on the land.  We’ve also got to figure out a place to store it besides our garage.  We had to borrow a trailer to pick it up, so dragging it back and forth between the land and the house isn’t really an option.
